92jetto does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. 92jetto will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance where practicable.

92jetto collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 92jetto platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Where account closure is not the result of a player breach — for example, where 92jetto exercises its discretion to exit a particular market — any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
